As Practice Manager and Patient Care Coordinator at Statera Cosmetic and Reconstructive Surgery, Colleen is often the first friendly voice patients hear and one of the familiar faces they’ll see throughout their entire journey. She believes exceptional patient care extends far beyond the operating room and is passionate about creating an experience that feels personal, seamless, and genuinely supportive from beginning to end.

With over seven years of experience in healthcare, preceded by eight years in hospitality, Colleen brings together a unique blend of organization, attention to detail, and heartfelt service. She helped open Statera’s San Francisco office six years ago and has played an integral role in shaping the warm, boutique experience the practice is known for today.

Whether coordinating surgery, guiding patients through the scheduling process, providing educational resources, or helping them determine how recovery will fit into their lifestyle, Colleen is committed to making each step feel manageable and stress-free. She understands that every patient’s circumstances are different, and she enjoys helping them create a plan that works for their goals, schedule, and daily life. The most rewarding part of her work is developing lasting relationships with patients. From the excitement of a consultation to celebrating beautiful results months after surgery, she loves getting to know each person and sharing their experience.

As Dr. Meaghan Noud’s sister, Colleen has had a front-row seat to the years of dedication and rigorous training that shaped Dr. Noud into the facial plastic surgeon she is today. Being part of a family-owned practice means every patient is cared for with the same honesty, thoughtfulness, and attention they would want for their own loved ones.

Outside the office, Colleen enjoys spending time outdoors camping and hiking, tending to her garden, sewing, and making memories with her beloved dog, Penny, and cat, Dexter. She looks forward to welcoming you to Statera and helping make your experience as comfortable, informed, and enjoyable as possible.

As Patient Concierge at Statera Cosmetic and Reconstructive Surgery, Sophie is often the first person to welcome patients to the practice, whether by phone or in person. She is dedicated to creating a warm, attentive, and seamless experience from the very first interaction, helping every patient feel comfortable and cared for before they even step through the door.

Drawing on her background in hospitality and patient care, Sophie is passionate about building genuine connections and ensuring each patient feels heard. She enjoys getting to know the people who visit Statera and takes pride in making every interaction friendly, thoughtful, and efficient.

Sophie assists patients with scheduling and rescheduling appointments, answering questions about the practice, and helping new patients feel confident as they begin their journey. Her calm demeanor, attention to detail, and welcoming personality make her an invaluable part of the Statera team and help create the personalized experience our patients have come to expect.

Outside the office, Sophie enjoys curling up with a good book, cooking and baking for family and friends, and spending time outdoors with her dog, Roxy. She looks forward to welcoming you to Statera and helping make your experience a positive one from your very first call.
